Meet Errol

After a 10 years in the business, Errol still believes the only way to excel in real estate is to know your market inside and out. That’s why he focuses on selling where he has lived, where he lives now, and where he plans to live in the future. He doesn’t just know how much a property is going for — he knows the neighbourhoods, the closest schools, how far it is to the grocery store. The key is caring for the people who live there and building relationships so that whether you’re new to the area or you’ve lived there all your life, he knows exactly where you’ll feel most at home.

Errol specializes in condos, fine homes, and new builds throughout Metro Vancouver. He believes a home should mirror and enhance the owner’s lifestyle, and he devotes all his local knowledge and passion to making sure he finds buyers their perfect home, whether or not it’s already on the market.

Errol’s honesty and focus have helped him build a broad network of homeowners and real estate professionals, locally and abroad. Born in Singapore, he moved to BC at five years old and quickly developed a love for our great outdoors. When he isn’t showing clients their new homes, you can often find him getting to know his neighbours, exercising, and exploring BC’s stunning landscapes.
